Against the backdrop of frozen and fried fast food, we are proud to offer meals prepared from scratch, daily. Fresh vegetables and meats each are selected to compliment great grandmother Juliana Csabai’s Hungarian recipes. And, only Hungarian paprika can draw out a meat’s delicious taste. So, whether you only have 30 minutes or wish to leisurely enjoy one of our meals, our dishes are always ready to be served.
Brigitta was born in Budapest, Hungary. Her parents still live there. Mike is American born of Scotch and Hungarian parents. It is his great grandmother Csabai’s recipes that he serves. We lived in Dorgicse, Hungary, the midst of wine country, starting our family with twins.
As a family business, we cater to the adults with BYOB and our collection of books about Hungary and Europe. For the children, we offer books, crayons and toys. We look forward to breaking bread together.
